• Can I use the Internet in my room?

  • Wireless LAN is equipped in the whole building. You can use it free of charge.

• Can I charge USB?

  • We have a USB socket.

• Do you smoke cigarettes in your room?

  • All guest rooms are non-smoking. There is a designated smoking area on the first floor.

• What time is check-in / check-out time?

  • Check in is at 15:00 and check out is at 10:00.

• Is it possible to check out late?

  • This service is available at additional charge. You need to pay 30% of room charge up to 3 hours, 50% of room charge up to 6 hours, over 100% of room charge for over 6 hours.

• Can I early check-in?

  • If you want to be sure to check in before 15:00, we will secure the room from the previous day, so you need to pay the first night's fee.

• Is there a child fee?

  • Guests aged 12 and over are charged the same rate as adults; Children under 12 who require their own bed and bedding must book a room under the same conditions as adults (there are no extra beds available in any room type);
  • If children under 12 share a bed with an adult and do not require bedding, additional fees may apply, depending on their age and meal requirements. Please contact us by email or phone for details.

  • There is no preparation of the universal room. However, we are setting the furniture etc. low on the whole.

  • All rooms have a refrigerator. We provide only mineral water.

  • Pets are not allowed with guests.

  • VISA, Master, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club, UnionPay are available.

  • The nearest station is JR Toya (Muroran Main Line). There is a free shuttle bus service to the hotel (free of charge).

  • We will keep your luggage on your arrival date and departure date. As for the luggage we keep after your departure, you can use this service if you have the next hotel reservation.

• I'd like to send my package in advance by courier, how can I do it?

  • Please fill out the expected arrival date and name in the remarks column of the voucher and send it to the hotel.
